VB Avocat advised Groupe Merlou on the acquisition of Ets Legué, a Picardy-based heat pump and HVAC specialist.
Based in Saleux, on the outskirts of Amiens, Ets Legué is a Picardy company whose history goes back to a 19th-century forge in Loeuilly. A pioneer of heat pumps in Picardy, where it has installed groundwater systems since 1977, the company installs, services and repairs heat pumps, air-conditioning systems, condensing boilers and photovoltaic panels for private and business customers across the Somme and Oise departments. It is RGE-certified and a member of the Gesec network.
